Job Description

Purpose:

The Upgrade Specialist completes the daily administration and processing of upgraded or reloaded contracts for owners that purchase additional vacation points. While processing the contracts, the Upgrade specialist is responsible for continuity of owner information, accurate maintenance fee billing and updated vacation points allocation. They are responsible for prompt reporting of the workload trends and patterns in order to maximize efficiencies within the division while providing world-class customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for processing Upgrades and Reloads; Transfer of Ownership and Conversions in the AS400 system.
• Research owner issues via Salesforce cases assigned to Financial Services/Upgrades team, within established turnaround time expectations.
• Follow a multi-step process for each unique transaction type.
• Updating and maintenance of current owner records and owner history.
• Process Owner Acknowledgement Forms in a timely fashion.
• Print Demand Billing Statements.
• Promptly update daily tracking of work processed.
• Process changes to owner accounts receivable history as needed.
• Process cancellations.
• Review and resolve action item issues as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma required; Bachelors’ Degree preferred
1 + year data entry preferred
Billing and administrative experience
Sales contract processing experience a plus
In-depth knowledge of MSOffice Suite, specifically in Excel and Word
Experience with AS400 a plus
Aptitude for strong customer service
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
Ability to process and analyze information quickly to resolve complex issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Ability to lead by example and take active ownership and accountability with projects and apply received knowledge.
Ability to multi-task high priority projects with competing deadlines.
