Bluegreen offers a choice of medical plan options. Dependent coverage is also available.

Health Savings Account

Company contribution toward a health savings account if enrolled in a high deductible health plan, as well as the opportunity to set aside tax-free money toward eligible expenses.

Dental Insurance

The plan provides comprehensive dental coverage for eligible associates and dependents.

Vision Insurance

Bluegreen provides a vision plan for eligible associates and dependents that includes coverage for vision examinations, lenses and frames.

Healthcare Flexible Spending Account

The plan allows eligible associates to set money aside, tax-free, through payroll deductions for reimbursement of qualified healthcare expenses.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending

The plan allows eligible associates to set money aside, tax-free, through payroll deductions for reimbursement of qualified dependent-care expenses.

Life Insurance and Other Benefits

Basic Life/Accidental Death &
Dismemberment (AD&D)

Basic term life insurance and AD&D is provided to full-time associates at no cost.

Voluntary AD&D

Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance plan provides a guarantee issue up to $500,000 of coverage.

Supplemental (Group Term) Life Insurance

The plan provides to eligible associates a guarantee issue of $200,000 but offers up to $300,000 coverage. $10,000 guarantee for those over age 60. Supplemental life insurance is also available for dependents.

Short-Term Disability

This voluntary insurance plan will provide partial income replacement for up to six months for eligible associates who are unable to work due to a non-work-related illness, injury or pregnancy.

Long-Term Disability

Insurance protection is available at no cost to eligible associates for partial salary continuance in the event of a non-work related illness or injury greater than six months in duration.

Voluntary Hospital Indemnity

This extra benefit can be used to offset your medical plan deductibles or cover household expenses while recovering from being hospitalized.

Voluntary Accident Insurance

Provides additional benefits if injured due to non-work related accidents, such as burns, fractures, concussion or lacerations.

Critical Illness Insurance

This voluntary plan will pay out if you are diagnosed with a critical illness or condition such as cancer, a vascular condition, stroke and other specified conditions.

Travel Accident Insurance

Travel insurance is available to associates who travel on Bluegreen business. Coverage varies by position.

Saving Plan


401(K) Plan

The plan is a qualified 401(k) Plan. The plan allows qualified associates to contribute up to 100% of their pay on a pretax basis, subject to IRS determined limits. Investment options include a diverse group of mutual funds. The company encourages participation through a Company safe harbor matching contribution.

Bluegreen gives associates’ friends and family deeply discounted rates, up to 40% below our regular rental rates. Associates do not need to be present during the stay.

Traveler Plus Employee Participation Program

All active associates are given the opportunity for discounts on entertainment, restaurants, airfare, car rental, vacations, etc.
