Job Description

•*Afternoon Shift Call Transfer** 3PM-10PM


Purpose:

The Training Specialist, CC will be responsible for the research, development and facilitation of sales training materials for new hire associates, resulting in a consistent and high-level service to Bluegreen’s owners and marketing guests. This position will champion the catalog for new hire training content facilitation and assist with recurrent training as needed. They will collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders for the purpose of serving as a liaison and resource in identifying and facilitating employee training needs.

Responsibilities:

o Conducts a variety of employee sales trainings to meet department and company objectives and outcomes.
o Researches, Develops and Evaluates training programs and materials such as training data, instruction outlines, text and handouts and evaluation of training effectiveness among others, by leveraging diverse information sources (e.g. courses, materials, training consultants, etc.) that meet training needs.
o Collaborates with a variety of internal stakeholders to serve as a liaison/resource in identifying employee training needs and Responds to inquiries issues that are training related.
o Maintains a variety of manual and electronic files and/or records (e.g. training procedure manuals, guides, course materials, handouts/visuals, training records, required reports, etc.) for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference material.
o Prepares a variety of online materials for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
o Creates monitoring strategies to ensure that associates are performing job duties according to business expectation.
o Maintains reports that document job performance and trainee/trainer interactions.
o Serves as a company business consultant regarding performance, including the delivery of verbal coaching, written discipline, and termination at any time throughout the training process.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of relevant sales training experience.
Customer service and/or adult education experience preferred
Career focus in Education, Teaching, Administration, Hospitality, sales Training or equivalent work experience preferred
Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques involved in the development of training programs.
Excellent platform skills.
Must have exceptional written skills, strong organization skills, ability to manage multiple and diverse projects and tasks, prioritize projects, conduct research, gather information then develop curricula and measure effectiveness
