Job Description


The Sales Admin Assistant is responsible for auditing sales documents for accuracy to comply with company policies. Process the contracts and prepare a package in a timely manner to meet department deadlines.


•Audit contract documents for accuracy of execution and compliance to company policies.

•Verifying financial accuracy of documents

•Verifying spelling and signatures on documents.
•Track all outbound contracts and ensure all reach the corporate office.
•Attention to detail and thoroughness are a must.
•Must be able to work alone for long periods of time.
•Must be able to manage time wisely
•Will use basic math skills on a daily basis.

To be eligible to apply for an internal career opportunity you must be:

1. Generally be in your current position a minimum of nine (9) months if you’re in a non-exempt position and 18 months for an exempt position.

2. Have maintained satisfactory performance levels in the previous six (6) months.

Job Requirements

- Education - HS Diploma and/or GED
- Some office experience preferred
- Microsoft Office, SPI, AS/400, Synergy, LSAMS.
- Good understanding of policies & procedures, vacation club, all sold product types, and rules of Admin functions
- Decision maker

- Strong Interpersonal Relationship and Communication Skills.
