Job Description

The purpose of the Common Area Attendant is to maintain the public area cleanliness. This includes all traffic areas such as but not limited to, elevators, floors, stairwells, light fixtures, door frames, all public restrooms, etc. Responsible for all projects in all public area spaces. Removal of trash from executive office spaces, vacuuming, dusting and/or high dusting and may also at times, include cleaning of the sales offices as required by management team.

 Ensure all areas are cleaned daily with high dusting, removal of all trash, carpet areas vacuumed, etc.
 Ensure all projects are completed as required by management team.
 Ensure maintenance requests are being reported for any broken and/or damaged items throughout the public areas.
 Ensure all public area restrooms are maintained and well stocked.
 Ensure all exterior walkways, pool decks, and other exterior surfaces are cleaned at applicable properties.
 Must be able to work in other positions as required by management team.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma

Inventory experience of at least one year. Timeshare knowledge preferred but not required. Maintenance experience of at least 1 year.

Should possess knowledge of daily resort operations and problem resolution. Must have excellent inter-personal skills when dealing with associates, vendors and Guests/Owners.

Self-starter -- able to work independently, must follow directions given by supervision. Must have follow-through process on short-term and long-term programs. Multi-tasking skills are needed. Flexibility to deal with ever-changing situations, action-oriented and energetic. Have the ability to work under pressure and deadlines and have good planning and time management skills.
