Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities
 Meet or exceed budgeted activity for the above programs.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of call activity, appointment bookings, reservations, tour and sales
results, submitting a weekly report to the Marketing Manager.
 Be responsible for the hotel room blocks and communicating as needed (weekly or more frequently) on room
release or additional rooms needed.
 Coordinate with Bass pro associates and the Branson hotel on any items needed to enhance the guest
experience and maximize our closing ratios from guest staying off property. Be proactive in working with the sales
team and hotel staff to immediately address any customer complaints.
 Serve in a reporting audit role to provide consistency and accuracy between various departmental reporting and
CCSI. Coordinate with on-site Marketing Administration team, Boca Raton Marketing, the Call center and Big
Cedar reservations on any coding or tour status issues.
 Potentially work with corporate marketing to provide “exit surveys’ by phone to provide more in-depth knowledge
to sales and marketing to provide teams of consumer reactions to the product and their experience with us.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
1 – Minimum Formal Education: One year of technical training after high school.
2 – Minimum Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center, sales capacity, computer
and technical, and guest service.
3 – Essential Training, Knowledge,
Licenses and /or Certifications:
All technical systems from Bluegreen Corporation. Customer service and quality
fundamentals. MS Office.
4 – Essential Professional
Skills/Competencies:
Must be proficient and astute in technical area, proficient in Microsoft Windows
and related system environments. Additionally, must be customer savvy with
the ability to think rationally and quickly in difficult situations. Detailed oriented
with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to think strategically
and analyze information timely and accurately. Strong interpersonal skills to
deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
