Christmas Mountain Village Resort, located in Wisconsin Dells WI, is seeking a Night Audit/Front desk. Hiring Immediately, apply today!

• Compensation: Starting from $16.00 per hour, Bi Weekly Pay

  Schedule: Full-Time, Set schedule is Saturday & Sunday 10pm to 6am, Wednesday & Thursday 2:30pm to 11pm, Friday 3:30pm to 12am

As a Front Desk Associate, you are what makes the guest’s experience one that is filled with surprise and delight, by serving as our guests’ first point of contact and managing all aspects of their accommodation. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting, check-in/check-out services, providing room details and delivering an outstanding guest experience. During the  Night Auditor shifts you will reconcile all accounts and process invoices. You will be accountable for the accurate balances of the front desk cash drawers and reporting discrepancies to resort accounting/ management along with any explanation of these discrepancies. Work together with security to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests.  

POSITION DETAILS:

• Prior guest service or front desk in a hotel or resort experience preferred
• You have an outgoing personality and excellent service orientation
• You can prioritize your work, manage your time and can work quickly without compromising quality
• You have basic computer skills
