Job Description


The Manager, Marketing Campaign is responsible for developing, coordinating, executing and tracking company
marketing campaigns through the use of our marketing automation platform (Aprimo).


• Interface with Marketing Business Units to gather requirements for overall campaign strategies.
• Manage all operational aspects of campaign setup in Aprimo including:
• Developing the end-to-end campaign flow
• Developing the required data sets and segmentations
• Designing the campaign and customer lists
• Directing email creative production as needed
• Developing triggered dialogs as necessary
• Directing campaign testing and Q/A
• Designing report requirements
• Responsible for overall campaign sign-off and launch schedule
• Work with campaign analyst to provide timely. in-depth analysis and reporting on program performance; manage campaign performance to overall project ROI targets,
• Serve as a thought partner for direct marketing contact strategy; including list sourcing recommendations, creation of test/control design, analysis and' application of best practices to email and other direct marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop new programs to increase customer retention & consumption and recommend changes to existing programs to optimize performance.
• Ensure that rapid testing and learning is conducted in a systematic way to promote critical breakthroughs.
• Coordinate with marketing, channel and operational managers to ensure campaigns are consistent with a customer-centric strategy and channel capabilities.

Job Requirements

Must have Bachelor’s degree- preferably in Computer Information Systems,
Marketing, or Business Administration
Prior experience with campaign management systems (such as Unlca, Aprlmo,
etc.) Is strongly preferred. Prior experience with an Email Sending Service
(such as Responsys, Exact Target, CheetahMall, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Prior experience working in a relational database environment is preferred
Certification in marketing automation and/or CRM platforms is preferred.
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite.
Strong understanding of the full marketing mix; special consideration will be
given to candidates with broad experience that can move beyond a core
Must be an active participant in development of the company marketing
Must be extremely detailed to ensure flawless execution and have the ability to
spot errors and Inconsistencies in data, design and analysis.
Must be able to work Independently
Must have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, project
management and decision making skills.
Must have the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
