Purpose:

Bluegreen Vacations Retail Marketing, located within Bass Pro Shops and outlet malls, is a kiosk concept operated by the talented individuals of our team nationwide.

Bluegreen Vacations’ Share Happiness Management Training Program is focused on immersing highly motivated sales professionals into all aspects of managing a store location through our segmented program. We will empower you to greatly affect your career as well as the bottom line after successful completion of the program!

Paid learning through on-the-job training takes place in our retail store location over a ninety-day (90) period. The program is a blended-learning approach consisting of hands on leadership training, daily and weekly feedback as well as providing a great customer experience while selling our vacation packages. The necessary principles of management training will focus on (but is not limited to):

• Sales Training and Lead Generation
• Recruiting & Building a Successful Team
• Training
• Store Operations/Administration

Skills/Requirements:
• Previous sales/marketing or customer service experience is a plus
• Previous supervisory/management experience nice to have but not required
• Highly motivated and outgoing
• Great communication, time management and organizational skills
• Computer (Microsoft Office) and internet proficiency required
• Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to relocate based on business needs and store availability if requested

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Previous sales/marketing and/or customer service experience is nice to have
• Previous supervisory/management experience nice to have but not required
