The In-House Sales Representative is responsible for selling the Vacation Club Program to existing owners in the effort to persuade customers to upgrade their packages while meeting or exceeding established sales quotas and customer service standards.

• Convert owners to the Vacation Club Program
• Motivate existing owners to upgrade their packages
• Generates referral leads
• Maintain a high level of customer service and quality sales presentations
• Attend and actively participate in training and sales meetings
• Meet sales quotas & minimum performance standards

Job Requirements


•High School Diploma or equivalent
•3-5 years prior experience selling company's products and services, involving vacation packages and timeshares
•Sales practices and techniques within the vacation and timeshare industry, Company's Vacation Club Program, quality service fundamentals, MS office Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Company's Intranet system, corporate policies and procedures
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Enthusiastic, results-oriented and professional with the ability to persuade potential customers
