Looking for an outgoing, determined & hardworking candidate!

As an in-house marketing rep you will engage with the hotel guests staying on property, help with concierge services, and most importantly promote our Charleston resort to existing owners and their guests. You will be responsible for booking your assigned hotel guests into either a 60-minute owner meeting or 120-minute open-house during their stay. This role is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and requires a positive and outgoing personality to fulfill the high-volume check-in rate of our downtown resort.

Pay is mostly commission, but also includes a base pay of $9/hr. Offered after 90 days are PTO, full health benefits, 401k and employee resort use program. Pay is based on performance; average salary ranging from 40-50k, but ultimately there is no cap to your earnings!

Average 35 hours per week.

Must be a current residing Charleston resident and ready to start!

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing or food & beverage experience
• Must be outgoing and energetic
• Must be persuasive
• Must have positive upbeat attitude and be self-motivated and money-motivated!
