Summary of Duties:

• Responsible for meeting the daily minimum tour requirements and booking/processing backup information on clients.
• Accountable for entering guest information into the Concierge system and respond to owner/guest issues and inquiries.
• Book and monitor guest check-in and event coordination in order to facilitate owners during their stay at the resort.
• Implement community discounts for owners and special events.
• Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of one year marketing or customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Must follow-through on short-term and long-term programs and follow company policies at all times.
• Must be a self-motivated, outgoing individual with strong leadership skills.
