Job Description


The Corporate Inventory Specialist I provides assistance in the management of correspondence and materials received from consumers and performs daily inventory routines as dictated by related inventory transactions in accordance with company guidelines.


• Responsible to receive, open and log daily incoming mail, packages and express deliveries from owners/consumers according to established procedures. This includes, but is not limited to letters, electronic devices, owner materials, gift cards, etc.
• Research unmarked or unidentified correspondence or materials to determine the identity of the sender.
• Log receipt of all letters and materials in the Rescission Weblog database timely to meet daily process deadlines and distribute letters to Corporate Sales audit team.
• Maintain receipt log for electronic devices, gift cards, etc. Secure electronic devices, gift cards, etc., until processed for shipment.
• Prepare, package and ship electronic devices to designated vendor or site according to established procedure.
• Maintain shipping log. Process other collateral material according to established procedure.
• Provide customer service for inquiries from various business units regarding receipt of rescission correspondence. Research and follow up as necessary.
• Audit and process all Sampler Equity Trade packages in SRI in accordance to company policy.
• Serve as the department coordinator for administrative needs: ie office supplies, file room maintenance, etc.
• Act as (Authorized Bluegreen Agent), signer of title documents as needed.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience of strong administrative and data entry skills. Two years of office experience within a corporate environment.
• Proficient in MS office, specifically Excel, Internet Explorer.
• Ability to learn basic computer programs as needed.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and organizational skill.
• Ability to work in multiple systems as determined by assigned task.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within a specific timeframe.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to function in a fast paced, high volume, sometimes stressful,
• Must be available for overtime to meet business requirements.
