Call Center Sales Agents are responsible for selling discounted vacation packages by contacting warm leads via outbound phone campaigns.

Job Requirements

• Available to start training on 6/25/2018
• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
• Six months of sales experience preferred; ideally in the fields of hospitality, retail or general sales and marketing
• Strong verbal communication skills necessary to deal effectively with customers, associates and all levels of management within the organization
• Ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately
• Ability to sell persuasively and honestly
• High level of phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Positive attendance pattern in previous work history
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Data entry skills; knowledge of Concierge system a plus
