Job Description

Purpose:
The Sales Representative is responsible for presenting the Vacation Club program to clients per Road to Success training.

Responsibilities:
Conduct quality sales presentations with a high level of customer service
Attend and actively participate in weekly training and sales meetings
Meet or exceed sales quotas and minimum performance standards
Procure referral leads
Follow up with new owners
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance in accordance with Bluegreen policy at all times
Maintain excellent customer service and adhere to the Bluegreen 100% philosophy at all times

Job Requirements

1 – Minimum Formal Education: High school diploma or equivalent
2 – Minimum Experience: Sales experience preferred
3 – Essential Training, Knowledge,
Licenses and /or Certifications:
Real Estate License when required by state law. Must have thorough
understanding of all aspects of timeshare sales transactions
4 – Essential Professional
Skills/Competencies:
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to
effectively make a sale. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
