At Bluegreen Vacations, as an In-House Sales TO(Closer) you have an opportunity to meet face to face with current owners to access and anticipate their vacation needs.  

You will get the opportunity to: 

  • Present the new and innovative additions to the company 

  • Evaluate their vacation lifestyle & offer enhanced solutions 

  • Assist to upgrade the vacation experience 

  • Motivate, coach, challenge and assist the sales team in closing vacation package sales to qualified guests.

  • Assist in the development of training programs for new hires, as well as existing
    staff members to increase production levels.

  • Develop production-oriented training programs for new and existing sales team members. 

Job Responsibilities & Expectations 

  • Be an active listener 

  • Think outside of the box (problem solver) 

  • Be positive and professional 

  • Stay current on Bluegreen’s offerings and portfolio 


  • 1 year of previous timeshare sales experience.

  • 1 year of previous customer service experience, preferred.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor 

  • Positive & Enthusiastic Attitude 

  • Must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or the ability to obtain one.
