Schedule: Mainly 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM; including weekends and holidays.
Compensation: Salaried + 10% Bonus eligible. Relocation assistance available.

Christmas Mountain Village is a 1,200 acre property comprised of over 600 room keys, to include full-size cabins, villas, townhomes, and campground space. It is a year-round playground with 16 downhill ski runs, 27 holes of golf, and multiple F&B outlets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will be responsible for managing the resorts evening operations, the front-desk, reservations, and maintaining proper working relationships between the front desk and all other departments. You will coordinate front-desk activities and ensure all Bluegreen owners' and guests' complete satisfaction within established budgets and quality standards. You will act as the MOD for all the resort's operational areas and the first responder to any emergencies.

• Interaction with evening Guest Services associates regarding guest satisfaction and resort projects, not limited to scheduled assignments.
• You focus on the satisfaction of all guests by ensuring the timely resolution to inquiries.
• Handle issues about guest satisfaction with the ability to make decisions on behalf of the Resort Manager regarding essential compensation.
• Monitor and maintain procedures for the safety of guests and personnel.
• Perform weekly checks of all SOPs to ensure guest service will be prepared for an audit.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3-years Hospitality Management or Supervisor experience required, preferably in Guest Services
• You have Hospitality Front Desk Operations, yield, and resolution management knowledge.
• Ability to motivate and mentor associates.
• You have a record of handling multiple customer interactions with various constituencies.
• You are required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, also as needed for peak periods such as Check-in/Check-out, vacation, sick leave, gaps in coverage, and response to urgent or emergency-related scenarios.
