Purpose:

The Assistant Manager of Client Services is responsible to assist overseeing and managing client relationships related to Fee Based Service (“FBS”) clients mainly from the start of sales through client wrap up. The Assistant Manager may also be involved on a limited basis from initial client discussions through the client on boarding process. The primary focus of the position is to serve FBS clients, handling issues and inquiries as they arise, as well as, assist the Manager as liaison between client and internal departments to fully serve client’s needs. The Assistant Manager will communicate with FBS clients, third party service providers and internal associates at all levels. The Assistant Manager must be highly self-motivated in a high energy, fast-paced and unstructured environment, be able to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations and handle various projects and client issues simultaneously. Must be organized and possess the ability to engage team members to cooperate and collaborate as needed to achieve desired results. Additionally, the Assistant Manager should have analytical skills, be detail-oriented and a critical thinker.

Responsibilities:
• Establish and build strong relationships through consistent interaction with FBS Clients.
• Assess client needs / issues and provide recommendations to manager to resolve.
• Be a constant advocate for internal and external client needs to elevate Bluegreen’s performance as a first-class service provider.
• Understand the terms of FBS client agreements to properly manage client transactions and expected results.
• Collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders across multiple business units to deliver any requested information needed to support a client request.
• Oversee report preparation and coordinate FBS quarterly meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate FBS update meetings with internal stakeholders from various departments.
• Monitor and evaluate various client performance metrics against FBS contract commitments and triggers.
• Assist with financial modeling for potential new projects by working directly with the VP of Business Services.
• Assist Manager with overseeing the creation of various reports and dashboards prepared by Business Analyst for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare analytics based on client needs and requests. Contribute to the research and development of process improvements and strategies as defined through company and department goals.
• Assist in the ongoing development of the department.

Job Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum of five years related experience and a proven track record of providing first class client management, project management, analysis and reporting.
Customer service and quality administrative skills, MSOffice Suite
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task with competing interests.
Exceptional client management, strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization. Entrepreneurial in nature being a self-starter, able to work with and without supervision, as well as, on a team and individually.
Ability to foresee possible undesirable results based on metrics, analyze such cause and offer suggestions to return to desirable results.
Bottom-line focused and able to react quickly to changing market conditions and business development needs.
Must enjoy a constant challenge in a fast-paced work environment, but also be comfortable in slow times. Able react quickly to ever changing office dynamics and market conditions.
Must have strong computer skills and technical aptitude to compliment a strategic outlook on any project.
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately.
Vacation ownership or real estate experience a plus. Experience understanding legal terms a plus
