Job Description

Purpose:

The Incentive Compensation Analyst will proactively process, review and audit both automated and manual commissions and adjustments to ensure that commission submissions are in accordance with the compensation plans. This role will also be responsible for drafting and updating compensation plans for accuracy, clarity, per guidance from Compensation Leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Processes commissions, bonuses, and adjustments
• Administers assigned incentive plans to ensure accurate and timely pay to participants
• Creates and updates compensation plan documents, policies and procedures for clarity and compliance
• Provides response for commission inquiries which requires research and brings issues to resolution
• Maintains proper documentation for both standard and exception processes
• Assist in development of incentive compensation training and communication materials
• Prepares special reports and analyses to monitor compensation programs
• Analyzes and conducts salary surveys related to incentive eligible roles
• Collaborates with HRIS/IT to implement plan changes in system(s) and improve automation where applicable
• Coordinates with payroll to ensure associates are paid both accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or related discipline.

2-4 years of HR, Compensation, Payroll, or Analytics experience. Proven writing and communication capabilities.
Advanced Knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook. Computer proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to process and analyze information timely and accurately.
