Bilingual Customer Service Representatives answer incoming calls from both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking Bluegreen owners and respond to email and online chat communications. Representatives personalize the owner experience by providing service with purpose, passion, and effectiveness. The most critical responsibility of this role is fulfilling and personalizing the customer’s journey from start to finish. Customer Account Representatives are responsible for the highest quality of reservation accuracy and owner satisfaction, while embracing and displaying our core values.

Job Requirements

• Available to start October 22nd
• Outstanding communication; candidate must be able to demonstrate fluency in written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish
• Two years customer service experience minimum
• Must be a problem solver with the ability to exercise critical thinking and make empowered decisions when presenting customer solutions
• Willingness to adapt in a changing environment, with the goal of continual improvement, anticipating customer needs, and exceeding their expectations
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to provide positive customer service experiences
• Confident in customer service-related selling processes and setting/achieving goals
• Detail-oriented with strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays
• Positive attendance pattern in previous work history
• Ability to offer comparable alternatives and think creatively
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Data entry skills; knowledge of AS400 a plus
• Bachelor degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
