Job Description

Provides on-going support to the National Sales and Marketing office to continually improve the Sales and Marketing VP’s ability to monitor performance and exceed budgeted targets and standardize operational procedures. Will provide reporting and support for the day-to-day activities which includes but is not limited to CSR management, Status change forms, Policy Waivers and Inbox monitoring, logging, distribution and reception backup. This position requires working 40 hours Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30pm.

• Provides support to VP of Sales and Marketing
• Keeps VP Calendar for meetings and travel
• Make VP travel arrangements using Concur
• Prepares and submits expenses for approval in Coupa
• Inbox monitoring, logging and distribution
• Prepare, review and distribute all corporate documents
• Track and submit AP vouchers, Status Change Forms, Policy Waivers and other field paperwork for VP approval
• Maintain professional relationship with field sites, Corporate and clients
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as needed using BI, Microsoft Excel and Lawsons
• Assist in general tasks for the national sales and marketing office
• Prepare incentive compensation payroll using Microsoft Access
• Provides back-up for assigned tasks
• Assists in reviewing compensation related documents
• Review accounts in Concierge, AS400, SPI and Synergy
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
• 1-3 years general administrative and payroll support
• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Access
