Bluegreen Vacations is looking for a Recruiter to join our team! This position will be over Daytona & St Augustine. (The ability to live in either location.)
Your focus will be: - Sourcing, screening, interviewing & hiring sales and marketing representatives.
- Partnering with Manager, Talent Acquisition for your region.
- Partner with hiring managers in a variety of departments.
- Building a strong local network consisting of college students, entry level and experienced professionals.
- Planning and executing career networking events.
- Planning and executing a sourcing plan.
- Building a relationship with targeted colleges and universities.
What should you bring to the table?
- A competitive approach to recruitment.
- Industry leading social media skills.
- Track record of influencing hiring managers.
- Creativity in your sourcing plan and methods.
- Passion for travel.
- Minimum of 2+ years of direct work experience as a talent acquisition professional in a complex corporate recruiting environment and/or staffing firm.
- Bachelor’s Degree is highly desirable.
