At Bluegreen Vacations, as an Executive Sales Professional you have an opportunity to meet face to face with guests or existing owners to access and anticipate their vacation needs.

Job Summary

Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners. Articulate the benefits of traveling with Bluegreen Vacations. Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales center located at one of our record-breaking resorts. Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners. Communicate the benefits of traveling with Bluegreen Vacations. Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company. Attend advanced sales and career training.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Effectively present and deliver sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous timeshare sales experience a plus
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Positive & enthusiastic attitude
  • Valid FL real estate license is a plus
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
