Job Description

The Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage is responsible for overseeing the service of the outlets. The incumbent is also responsible for assisting with cost, yearly budget and monthly forecasting; training, coaching the staff, and monitoring expenses, controlling labor cost and responsible for all Standards of Operational Procedures (SOPs).

• Coordinates back of the house operations for special events.
• Assists with hiring, training, scheduling, and continued development of F&B staff.
• Responsible for performing appraisals of all reporting staff as outlined in SOP’s.
• Manages the General Store and Deli inventory to attain the highest yield per F&B objectives and conduct daily inventory
checks.
• Manages F&B budget performance by implementing proper F&B controls.
• Maintains guest satisfaction by implementing and maintaining proper Guest/Owner relation programs including the
resort comment card and other grading systems standards.
• Develops and maintains progress reports and program tracking for management review and communicate programs
and results to appropriate parties.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and/or Associate's Degree in Hospitality Management
5 years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality.
2 years Management experience
