We are currently seeking highly-motivated vacation ownership sales professionals to join our growing project in Peoria, AZ at the Cibola Vista Resort and Spa.  Nestled between Lake Pleasant & Phoenix and named for the fabled Seven Cities of Cibola, the resort is the ultimate vacation experience. The history, cultures , and beauty of the desert surroundings are incorporated into every detail to provide an enriching and comfortable stay for our guests as well as a high-earning potential year-round for any new or seasoned real estate/timeshare sales professional.

Qualifications
 
Positive and enthusiastic attitude

•  Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale

  • We are looking for goal-oriented professionals who can pass a criminal background check
  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) an active Real Estate License in the State of Arizona
  • We have a virtual training class taught by top-of-the-industry trainers that starts every Monday!

2. Have maintained satisfactory performance levels in the previous six (6) months.
