Job Description


The Manager, Incentive Compensation is responsible for managing incentive compensation programs for Bluegreen Vacations, including but not limited to, ongoing plan processing/calculations, implementation/monitoring of governance structures to ensure compliance and oversite, incentive plan implementation (including system automation and associate communications), and to maintain proper documentation for both standard and exception processing.  Additionally, this person will be a key player for automation initiatives related to Compensation.


•Ongoing administration of plans to ensure accurate and timely pay to participants

•Automate manual processes that are currently in place

•Collaborate with HRIS/IT to implement plan changes in system(s)

•Create and deliver plan communications and training to management and participants

•Identify, create and deliver plan analytics/dashboards to management

•Bring all incentive compensation processes into HR that are currently being managed in the business

•Implement and monitor governance structure to ensure compliance

•Ensure all necessary compensation documentation is correct and in compliance

•Represent HR on new company initiatives as assigned

•Manage one or more analysts to accomplish the above duties


•Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Master’s degree preferred

•2-4 years in a leadership role in incentive compensation administration and oversight.

•Strong knowledge of incentive compensation plan methodology and design elements. Understanding of the Timeshare Industry a plus

•Strategic design of Incentive Compensation plans; Advanced Excel; Strong analytical skills; strong leadership and collaboration abilities; Strong interpersonal skills with leadership levels; Strong organizational skills.
