Christmas Mountain Village, located in Wisconsin Dells, WI, is seeking a Leadership Experience & Accelerated Development (LEAD) Summer Participant.  

Compensation:  Summer I $12.00 an hour & Summer II $13.50 an hour 

Schedule: 8 AM – 4 PM, Varied Schedule and Shifts, including weekends and holidays.

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE & ACCELERATED DEVELOPMENT (LEAD) PROGRAM 
 

As a LEAD Participant, you will be immersing yourself in the various operational disciplines that go into making a resort run smoothly.  Bluegreen Resort Leaders make Hospitality happen to ensure a quality experience for every guest. 

You will learn about Bluegreen Vacations' Hospitality Standards, Values, and what goes into 'Sharing Happiness' through hands-on training and mentorship. #PowerOfVacation 

The LEAD program takes place over two summers (11-12 weeks)

Summer 1: Comprehensive rotations focusing on operational procedures, advanced systems, and customer service within Hospitality. You will participate in the daily tasks to experience a day-in-the-life of Bluegreen Associates.  

Rotate through the following departments:  

•                Housekeeping                 •                Security  

•                Engineering                    •                Activities (select resorts) 

•                Guest Services                •                Food and Beverage (select resorts)

Summer 2: Individuals selected to participate in Summer II will receive an in-depth supervisor training program in the department of their choice designed to jump-start your career after graduation. 

Select individuals will receive an offer of employment

as a Supervisor with Bluegreen Vacations!

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Must be a junior majoring in Hospitality, Tourism or Hotel Management 
• Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA
