The purpose of the HVAC tech  is to maintain, operate and repair heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems necessary for all units on property, including all offices and out buildings. This position requires operating a variety of equipment to diagnose and repair systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance on systems. Responsible for maintaining proper working relations within the department and with other operating departments on property. 

POSITION DETAILS:

• Trade school certification, preferred or EPA
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, carpentry, painting, appliances, flooring,
• Extensive knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, carpentry, painting, appliances, flooring, and general building maintenance skills
• Air conditioning Rooftop units RTU's, Split HVAC units, fresh air mechanical systems, replacement of filters, pulley adjustments, and evaporator drain cleaning
• Must be knowledgeable of both state and county building code regulations
• CLEAN and VALID Driver's License
