Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, AM Shift (7am-3:30pm) and PM Shift (3pm-11pm); includes weekend shift

As a Front Desk Associate, you are what makes the guest’s experience one that is filled with surprise and delight, by serving as our guests’ first point of contact and managing all aspects of their accommodation. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting, check-in/check-out services, providing room details and delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will also be responsible for providing customer service to customers and guests over the telephone while answering incoming calls from both inside and outside of the resort. You will answer multi-lines telephone using proper telephone etiquette, answering questions and transferring calls to appropriate departments to ensure efficient service. You will enter work orders received and perform follow-up to ensure satisfactory completion. 

POSITION DETAILS:  

• Prior guest service or front desk in a hotel or resort experience preferred   
• You have an outgoing personality and excellent service orientation  
• You can prioritize your work, manage your time and can work quickly without compromising quality  
• You have basic computer skills
