The Development Services Processor is responsible for the processing and administration of activities in support of owner programs including, but not limited to, owner cancellations, owner relief and other related owner programs.  The functions related to these accountabilities require the creation and collation of various documents to send to owners, outside parties, and other departments within Bluegreen; updating, monitoring, and maintaining various tracking systems and reports; and providing administrative support to the Program Development team.  The Program Development team works across all aspects of Bluegreen’s business to create, implement, and manage programs to enhance the owner experience.  The Development Services Processor is responsible for executing key administrative activities to keep the team on target with processing deadlines and being responsiveness to its customers, both internal and external.


  • Accurately process owner program support functions as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.  Processing includes but is not limited to: reviewing owner cancellation and owner relief packets to ensure all documents are included and accurately reflect terms of cancellation agreements; preparing, collating, and emailing owner packets for signature, Minimal owner communication may be required; updating systems to facilitate tracking; monitoring packets to verify receipt from the owner; and preparing and delivering signed packets to other departments for processing.
  • Prepare various administrative documents and information packets and perform various administrative functions generally related to owner programs including, preparing packet cover letters, packaging and mailing forms, updating and researching in various systems and databases, and performing other required functions necessary to process owner cancellations and other owner programs.
  • Assist the department management team and other department members in troubleshooting and resolving owner programs processing issues and addressing data processing requests which may require cross department communication and/or communication with vendors providing outsourcing services.
  • As directed, assist in the management of certain administrative projects or functions which may be of a legal nature or concern which requires a high degree of internal and external confidentiality.
  • Development Services Processors must meet processing goals and deadlines set forth by management which may change from time to time as business needs require.
  • Assist in various office functions, such as data entry into different systems, updating records, filing, etc.
  • Communicate to management on a regular basis any processing backlogs or issues and any potential areas of improvement that may make processing more efficient.


  • High school diploma required; two years post high school education experience preferred.
  • Two years of work experience (paid or unpaid) required, preferably in an administrative position or related field.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Must possess strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance required.
  • Customer service driven personality as well as multi-tasking skills required for success.
  • Driven personality to succeed, learn, and develop.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
