Job Description

PURPOSE: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Administrative Manager in ensuring policies and procedures are enforced and to complete responsibilities within required timeframes and in compliance with company guidelines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Answer and direct phone calls
-Pull In House Profiles
-Order office supplies
-Assists with running Barclays Applications and Quorum applications
-Process credit reports through Experian
-Assists QAS and Sales Team in answering various procedure and policy questions, and in various office functions as needed
-Maintain rotation of closings for QAS staff
-Track times on all contracts as they are handed in and maintain order of contracts
-Upload all Barclays/Quorum applications daily
-Daily Filing
-Ensuring the highest level of conduct and confidentiality at all times

Job Requirements

-High School Diploma or equivalent
-2 years prior experience performing general administrative support to multiple individuals including management
-Good level of organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task. Good verbal and written communication skills. Clerical administrative support activities, such as data entry, filing, recordkeeping, etc. Ability to operate and troubleshoot issues with standard office and computer equipment. Proficient with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet Explorer
-Strong interpersonal relationship and communications skills to effectively communicate with senior management, departmental associates, vendors, co-workers and other agencies. Must be detailed oriented.
-Must understand the importance of confidentiality of highly sensitive information, able to prioritize and have a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
