Compensation: starting at $13.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
Seasonal Peak Rate: $1 more per hour during (May 15 to August 31, 2021)
Seasonal Sign-on Bonus: $500 payable at completion of the season
Schedule: Full-time, AM & PM Shift includes weekends

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Cook, you will be responsible to ensure the satisfaction of all guests at the restaurant, by preparing and presenting each dish in accordance to the SOPs. You will be responsible to prepare food for daily operations by ensuring products are fresh and prepared according to restaurant standards.
- Cook orders in a timely manner and making sure they are presented according to the restaurant's standards.
- Clean work area throughout shift and when finished, help to dispose of trash after each shift.
- You are focusing on reducing food waste and use prescribed cost control measures to ensure profitability.
- Stock inventory deliveries and rotate product according to “First In, First Out” to maintain shelf-life standards.
- Arrange and garnish dishes by creating a wow experience for our guests with plating presentation.
- Maintain all Health Department guidelines by ensuring the kitchen is always maintained in a clean orderly manner by following sanitation guidelines. Maintain all foods to strict Health Department Temperatures.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- You have experience as a line cook, prep cook, fry cook, chef, restaurant crew member or other back of house jobs.
- Work as a team and can be helpful to others.
- You can prioritize you work, manage your time and can work quickly without compromising quality.
- Ability to work with little supervision, maintain a high-level of performance and follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s), step-by-step instructions in accordance with Bluegreen regulations.
