POSTION SUMMARY:
- Oversee and develop team members as well as continue to improve the owner/guest experience.
- Maintains the guest experience scores both internally and externally.
- Develop, implement, and maintain associate incentive and reward programs.
- Completes and reconciles EOM reports as needed for financial reporting.
- Manage departmental inventory while adhering to budget guidelines.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 4 years minimum hotel or resort experience, required, with a minimum of two years in a leadership capacity.
- Hotel operation experience and knowledgeable about yield rate management. Must also be familiar with the daily operations of the front office, including room reservations.
- Outgoing personality and excellent service orientation.
- Ability to effectively lead a team of 5 or more associates.
