Talent Acquisition Specialist II - Corporate Marketing Center
The Talent Acquisition Partner II provides consultative guidance and support for Bluegreen’s high-volume recruiting business operations. The role includes screening, interviewing, collecting pre-employment requirements, scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, and facilitating the new hire process.
In addition, they will communicate with hiring managers and key stakeholders updates relates to Talent Acquisition activity. The Talent Acquisition Partner II will help drive the Talent Acquisition team to meet business needs and deliver the best talent to contribute to the continuous growth of the organization.
Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities

Job Requirements
1 – Minimum Formal Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
2 – Minimum Experience: 2-3 years’ prior experience in a recruitment function. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a must.
3 – Essential Training, Knowledge, Licenses and /or Certifications: HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and employment. Company's benefits, background and other general information. Interpersonal communication, quality service fundamentals. Technical proficiency with MSOffice Suite a must.
4 – Essential Professional Skills/Competencies: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with associates and potential candidates at all levels. Organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize; time management skills. Detail-oriented. Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving ability; solid analytical and critical thinking skills. Proactive, self-motivated and able to take initiative. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Multi-tasked, self-starter with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
