We are excited to invite motivated and driven real estate professionals to join our expanding sales team at the Cibola Vista Resort & Spa in Peoria, AZ. Perfectly situated between Lake Pleasant and Phoenix, this resort embodies the legendary Seven Cities of Cibola, providing guests with an unforgettable vacation experience. With the blend of rich culture, stunning desert landscapes, and luxury amenities, Cibola Vista offers not only an exceptional guest experience but also year-round high earning potential for real estate and timeshare sales professionals.

Your Role: As a Vacation Ownership Sales Professional, you will:
- Engage with guests face-to-face and establish meaningful connections.
- Guide potential owners through tours of the resort and amenities.
- Present and sell our vacation ownership opportunities, demonstrating the value of joining the Bluegreen family.
- Leverage sales techniques including rapport building, needs-based selling, and closing strategies.

Qualifications:
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with sales techniques such as building rapport, needs-based selling, negotiation, and closing.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work weekends and most major holidays.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain an active Arizona Real Estate License.
