Bilingual Sales Concierge

Job Responsibilities & Expectations

• Must be able to work Monday-Saturday between the hours of 9am to 9pm and Sunday between 10am to 7pm**Weekend shifts required**
• Initiate conversation
• Provide excellent customer service
• Be positive and professional
• Stay current on Bluegreen’s offerings and portfolio
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
• Must be able to work while standing on feet throughout shift

Compensation & Benefits

• Sales Representatives working 30-hours a weekearn on average $40k -60k annually(detailed compensation plan to be provided upon hire)
• Includes guaranteed hourly base + eligibility for commissions based on number of package sales per week

Qualifications

• No experience required
• 6 months previous customer service or sales experience, preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Outgoing personality & positive attitude
