Recreation Manager - Branson Cedars Resort

Branson Cedars Resort, located in Ridgedale, MO is seeking an  Activities (Recreation) Manager.  Nestled in the breathtaking natural beauty of the Ozarks, Branson Cedars Resort is a premier destination offering an array of resort amenities that cater to the entire family. This property features 34 unique units, including charming cabins, cozy cottages, and enchanting treehouses, providing a perfect blend of comfort and adventure.

Location: 769 State Hwy 86 Ridgedale, MO 65739

Compensation: Base salary range + a 10% annual bonus. Relocation available as needed.

Schedule: Shifts within an 8 AM - 8 PM schedule, to include weekends and holidays.

POSITION DETAILS:

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the activities department, to include disc golf and pool operations.

• Manage the resort activities program by implementing and devising creative and fun activity programs for all ages
• Recruit, train and continued development for all staff.
• Ensure the satisfaction of all Owners/Guests by implementing and maintaining proper Owner/Guests relation programs
• Track and maintain financial reports to stay within budgetary guidelines and achieve revenue goals

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Activities/Recreation leadership experience of at least one year, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Disc golf operational knowledge required
• A basic grasp of general accounting procedures to ensure the proper budget and revenue management.
• CPR Certified strongly preferred
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of people
• Knowledge of local attractions and entertainment is preferred
