Embark on an adventure with us at Bluegreen Vacations as an In-House Marketing Representative stationed at the concierge desk in the main check-in lobby of our Mountain Run at Boyne resort. Your mission? Engage with our guests, offer top-notch concierge services, and orchestrate discounted experiences while booking presentations at our Mountain Run at Boyne Preview Center. Every booked presentation earns you a commission, opening the door to unlimited income potential.

What You'll Do:

• Be the face of Bluegreen Vacations, greeting guests upon check-in or lobby entry, and providing exceptional travel concierge services.
• Offer tailored local travel advice, exclusive dining, shopping discounts, and attraction deals to entice guests into scheduling a presentation with our Sales team.
• Seamlessly book presentations for Bluegreen Vacations guests at the Mountain Run at Boyne Preview Center, directly translating into commission earnings!
• Standard 5 day, 40 hr work week (weekends included)

What You'll Bring:

• 6+ months of sales and customer service experience or a demonstrated talent for creating remarkable guest experiences.
• A solid grasp of the vacation ownership industry is helpful, but can be learned easily.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a quick aptitude for mastering company systems.
• Outstanding communication skills to create a great experience for our guests.
