Immediate Administrative Professionals - $40 - $45K Earning Potential

Bluegreen at Carolina Grande Resort is seeking immediate Administrative Professionals to join our team! We are looking for positive, motivated, outgoing individuals who desire to reach new career heights amidst a remarkable team. The Administrative Professional functions in a multi-task-oriented position requiring excellent customer service and organizational skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail the position prepares and executes a high volume of real estate contracts. After ensuring the documents with the new owners and ensuring that the product the company will deliver is the product that was presented properly to the buyers. Extreme attention to detail is required. Bluegreen Vacations offers a Management Mentorship Program, allowing motivated individuals to show their true potential. This fast-track training program allows qualified candidates to prepare for management roles such as Quality Assurance Manager, Assistant Director of Field Administration, Director of Field Administration, and more! Job Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent required • 6 months of clerical or administrative experience required • Excellent Communication skills – verbal and written • Advanced MS Office skills, specifically EXCEL •

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year (including hourly pay)

Experience: Relevant 1 year (Preferred) Quality Assurance: 1 year (Preferred)

Additional Compensation: Commission

Work Location: Must be willing to travel to different resorts within the Grand Strand area.
