National Sales Training Coordinator

Join Bluegreen Vacations as the National Sales Training Coordinator 

Location: Knoxville, TN 

Are you an experienced sales leader in the timeshare industry? Bluegreen Vacations is seeking a National Training Coordinator to assist our Performance Development Team to new heights. If you have a passion for coordinating, communication and a proven track record in Talent Development, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Coordinate Travel Plans: Arrange travel logistics for the performance development and leadership team, ensuring budget compliance.
  • Schedule Training Classes: Collaborate with the National Director of Training to manage calendars for new hire training sessions.
  • Execute Expense Reports: Prepare and submit accurate expense reports for the performance development team.
  • Maintain Exam Accuracy: Update and verify questions and answers for product and sales process exams with the Performance Development Team.
  • Gather Training Feedback: Collect and analyze participant feedback from virtual training sessions.
  • Create Surveys: Design and distribute surveys to assess training needs and new initiatives, compiling data for review.
  • Run New Hire Reports: Analyze and report on new hire performance at 30/60/90 days post-training.
  • Track Leadership Metrics: Monitor and report on outcomes from leadership development courses.
  • Manage Microsoft Teams Files: Organize and update all Performance Development files in Teams.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations.
  • Effective Communication: Ensure clear communication with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:  

  • Experience: Vacation Ownership Industry Experience preferred
  • Strong Organization: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Detail-Oriented: Execute tasks with precision to uphold quality standards.
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
