As Housekeeping Supervisor,you will be responsible for assisting in the operation of the Housekeeping Department under the guidance of the Housekeeping Manager. You will assist in the hiring and training of all Housekeeping personnel, handle guest’s complaints or problems in a quick and efficient manner, provide training to new associates and ensure standards of cleanliness are being upheld.
POSITION DETAILS:
Minimum of 1 year Housekeeping Experience as a Housekeeper, or two years’ experience in the Hospitality field
Ensure cleanliness standards of all resort rooms and public space areas.
Assist in the hiring and training of all Housekeeping personnel.
Basic knowledge of computer systems.
