Sales Representative – In-House Sales

Bluegreen Vacations Gatlinburg, TN (Onsite) Full-Time

We are seeking highly motivated experienced vacation ownership sales professionals to join our growing sales center!

Location: Mountain Loft Resort – Gatlinburg

Compensation: Averaging $75K - $200K+ annually

Schedule: Full-time, Day shift, weekends included

Qualifications: 

  • In-House Timeshare Experience: Previous experience in timeshare sales is PREFERRED. 
  • Professional and Enthusiastic Attitude: We seek positive, driven individuals who thrive in a sales environment. 
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are essential. 
  • Sales Techniques: Proficient in building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale. 
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Resourceful and able to navigate challenges effectively. 
  • Availability: Willingness to work weekends and most major holidays.
