The Ski/Snowboarding Instructor teaches guests how to safely use and maneuver on their ski or board equipment, teaching the lifelong benefits of skiing and snowboarding. The instructors act as ski area ambassadors when they are on the ski hill.
Job Details:
- Provides appropriate instruction in safety, equipment and techniques for ski and/or snowboarding to guests of all ages and skill.
- Serves as an on-hill ambassador for both the resort and the ski area.
- Monitors and communicates hill and operating equipment conditions to management.
- Prior experience with ski operations helpful but not necessary.
- Proficiency in skiing and/or snowboarding, preferably 2-3 years. Ability to communicate in English with guests.
- Comfort in instructing customers of varying abilities.
