Director of Housekeeping - Bayside Resort
Bayside Resort and Spa located in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper (Director of Housekeeping)
Nestled in an ideal location, Bayside Resort offers a variety of recreational activities, accommodations, and amenities to include multiple restaurants and a full service spa. As an integral part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring each owner and guest receives an unparalleled vacation experience.
Schedule: Varied shifts dependent on operation needs, to include weekends, evenings, holidays.
Compensation: $75,000-$80,000 plus annual bonus potential. Relocation available as needed.

POSITION DETAILS:
You will be responsible for the operation of the Housekeeping Department under the guidance of the Resort Manager.
- Oversee housekeeping staff and functions of Housekeeping.
- Assist in cleaning/inspecting rooms as necessary.
- Enforce policies and procedures to maintain QA standards at or above passing.
- Support with the hiring and training of all housekeeping personnel.
- Maintain a safe work environment as well as fostering working relationships with other departments.
- Manage inventory of room supplies, linens, laundry, and cleaning supplies within required budget.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- 4+ years of Management experience in housekeeping and laundry operations. Hospitality experience strongly preferred.
- Direct experience of leading a large in-house housekeeping department/
- Full knowledge of budgeting and inventory controls.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with diverse groups of people and associates in all levels of management.
