Assistant Front Office Manager - Shenandoah Crossing Resort
Step into a pivotal role at Shenandoah Crossing Resort in Gordonsville, VA as our Assistant Guest Services (Front Office) Manager. In this dynamic position, you'll work closely with our Guest Services Manager, overseeing a talented team of up to 10 associates dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Schedule: Flexibility to work various shifts to include weekends and holidays.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Guest Services Manager will assist in managing the daily operations of the front desk, reservations, and maintaining proper working relationships between the front desk and all other departments.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining standards and continuous training programs for the Hospitality Desk Staff and analyze needs and make recommendations to Resort leadership for operational effectiveness and innovation.
- Manage the scheduling for Guest Services Associates based on Resort occupancy.
- Perform daily checks of all SOPs to ensure guest service will be prepared for an audit.
- Manage the resort inventory.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2-years Front Desk experience & at least 1 year in a leadership role required.
- Proven ability managing continuous owner and guest relations in-person and by phone.
- Ability to supervise a staff of up to 10 associates.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, also as needed for peak periods such as Check-in/Check-out, vacation, sick leave, gaps in coverage, and response to urgent or emergency-related scenarios.
