Housekeeping Manager - South Mountain Resort
South Mountain Resort located in Lincoln, NH is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager. Nestled in vast blue skies and expansive panoramic views of the White Mountains, South Mountain Resort invites guests to enjoy everything the northeast countryside has to offer! As an integral part of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring each owner and guest receives an unparalleled vacation experience.
Schedule: Varied shifts dependent on operation needs, to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 + 15% annual bonus. Relocation available as needed.

POSITION DETAILS:
- Enforce policies and procedures to maintain Q/A standards at or above passing.
- Support with the hiring and training of all housekeeping personnel.
- Coach and/or counsel housekeeping personnel for career development under direction of Manager. Assist with performance appraisals.
- Maintain a safe work environment as well as fostering working relationships with other departments
- Manage inventory of room supplies, linens, laundry, and cleaning supplies within required budget.
- Assist in cleaning and inspecting rooms as necessary.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
- 2+ years of Management experience in housekeeping and laundry operations
- Direct experience of leading a housekeeping department preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and inventory controls
- Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with diverse groups of people and associates in all levels of management.
