Regional Sales Training Manager
Preferred Location: Tennessee
Are you passionate about driving sales success, leadership development, and harnessing the power of virtual training technology? We are seeking a Regional Sales Training Manager to lead dynamic training initiatives across our sales teams in the Tennessee region.
This role combines strategic planning, hands-on coaching, and cutting-edge virtual tools to elevate performance and prepare future leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Leadership Training: Implement the Road to Success, Beyond the Road to Success, and Smooth Finish training processes, delivering in-person and virtual training sessions to drive productivity.
- Coaching & Talent Development: Mentor sales and training managers on best practices for recruitment, interviewing, and retention while preparing high-performing sales reps for leadership opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track 30-60-90-day progress on key metrics, conduct evaluations, and provide actionable feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
- Technology Integration: Manage and optimize virtual platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom, including breakout rooms, video conferencing, and interactive tools to maximize engagement.
- Leadership Collaboration: Partner with regional leadership teams to identify talent, conduct training, and create development plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Content Innovation: Design and enhance training curricula, focusing on podium presentation skills, marketing techniques, and advanced technology adoption.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with corporate policies, evaluate trends, and implement solutions for continuous improvement across sales centers.
What You’ll Bring

Experience:
- Proven success in sales leadership (5+ years) with an additional 3+ years in sales training or leadership development roles.
- Expertise in podium presentations and developing leadership training content.
- Hands-on experience with virtual training tools and platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Zoom functionalities.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong coaching, presentation, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and effectively communicate at all organizational levels.
- Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to embrace and teach new technologies, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality with integrity.
