The national sales and marketing Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions in a timely manner with qualified sales & marketing candidates.
Your focus will be:
- To build a consistent robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing & hiring sales and marketing representatives
- Partner with hiring managers in a variety of departments
- Building a strong local network consisting of entry-level and experienced professionals
- Planning and executing career networking events, job fairs, etc.
- Developing a recruitment action plan
- Maintaining accurate staffing reports
- Building a relationship with targeted colleges and universities

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years high volume recruiting experience
- 2+ years sales recruiting experience
- 1+ years timeshare recruiting experience, preferred
- Must have the ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Sense of urgency, motivated and persistent
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Relationship building
- Ability to travel 25%
