• Compensation: Starting at $13.50 per hour
• Schedule: Part time, weekend Availability needed
• Location: 1603 LaCantera Terrace, San Antonio, TX 78256

As a Spa Coordinator, you hold the key to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring our front desk's smooth and efficient operation. Acting as a Spa ambassador by always promoting our retail and having a working knowledge of all brands we carry. The Spa Coordinator is always highly presentable, friendly, and professional.

Your responsibilities encompass maximizing spa bookings, proactively seeking opportunities to meet guests' needs, and collaborating with other resort departments. You actively promote spa specials, provide retail suggestions, and assist the spa as needed.

Maintaining a well-stocked merchandise area and ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the spa and locker rooms are also part of your responsibilities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of spa treatments, including hair, nails, massage, and facials, is preferred but optional. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with guests, associates, and the public, the ability to interact with a wide range of people
•  Efficient communication and writing skills.
• Takes the initiative and appropriate action to resolve guest complaints- work with the leadership team to provide solutions to challenges.
