- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:30pm 9pm *(Weekend availability required based on business need)
Compensation: $15/ hour + Commission!
THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION!!
As a Reservations Representative, you will be assisting our guests and owners with planning an amazing vacation. You’ll be a destination expert who will utilize sales techniques to make recommendations to fit the guests needs. You will also use creative problem-solving skills to direct and positively impact the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize vacation experiences by utilizing sales techniques to sell additional vacation enhancements, such as – room upgrades, additional nights, attraction tickets and new promotional vacations
- Effectively resolve guest issues by actively listening to their concerns, provide solutions and overcome objections
- Be the subject matter expert and have a thorough understanding of our vacation offers, destinations, details of participation and changes
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude with guests and peers
What are we looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer proficient
- 6 ,months Call Center/hospitality, sales experience preferred
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple systems at once
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays
